 :针对信道估计中现有算法可追踪性不强、导频匹配不佳等缺陷提出一种新型的算法。 将 EM 算法迭代寻优的特点和 SVD 算法降阶简化的特点进行深度融合,并利用低秩表示法来克服 稠密矩阵收敛缓慢的问题,顺利地将低秩矩阵的恢复问题转化为矩阵核范数最小化的问题。采用 16QAM-OFDM 多载波调制方式,是对抗多径时变效应、提高带宽利用效率和减小信道估计算法设 计复杂度的有效手段。实验结果表明,相比于 EM 算法和 SVD 算法,无论是在 AWGN 还是在 RMF 信道中,所提出的改进算法始终都可以保持良好的实时性和抗扰性,在可见光通信中会有良好的应 用前景。
Abstract:
 In this paper,we use two algorithms to estimate the parameters of the visible light channel model and propose a new algorithm for the defects of the existing algorithms,such as poor tracking performance,poor pilot matching and so on. It will be of the depth of the iterative EM algorithm to find optimal characteristics and SVD algorithm reduced order of integration and the use of low rank representation method to overcome the problems of slow convergence of dense matrix and low rank matrix recovery problem is transformed into a matrix the nuclear norm minimization problem. In this thesis,the 16QAM-OFDM multi-carrier modulation is an effective way to combat the multipath time-varying effect,improving the bandwidth utilization efficiency and reduce the design complexity of the channel estimation algorithm. After the error analysis of the estimation results,it is proved that the improved algorithm can keep good real-time and immunity compared with the EM algorithm and the SVD algorithm,both in AWGN and RMF channels.
