摘要:
 在对同步发电机定子绕组匝间短路故障负序电流分量产生机理进行分析的基础上,提
出了以负序电流作为故障特征量,对同步发电机定子内部短路故障进行监测和诊断的方法。基于
电路与电磁场有限元理论,建立同步发电机场路耦合数学模型,对半载运行下的同步发电机发生定
子绕组匝间短路故障进行仿真,计算出故障发生前后三相电流相角差与幅值以及负序电流分量,并
通过一台功率为24 kW 的同步发电机实验数据验证了模型的精度与理论分析的合理性。同时,仿
真分析了同一支路短路故障与不同支路短路故障等情况下对负序电流大小的影响,该结果对同步
发电机定子绕组匝间短路故障的监测与诊断具有理论意义
Abstract:
 On the basis of negative sequence current generation mechanism analysis of synchronous generator
stator winding inter-turns short circuit,the method of detecting and diagnosing synchronous generator stator winding
inter-turns short circuit is proposed,which uses the negative sequence current as fault signature. A field-circuit
coupled mathematical model of synchronous generator is built,based on the field-circuit coupled principle. Firstly,
stator winding inter-turns short circuit happened in synchronous generator with half load is simulated. And then
three-phase current phase difference,amplitude and negative sequence current component before and after fault is
calculated according to the model. The accuracy of model and rationality of theoretical analysis is demonstrated by
the use of experimental data coming from 24 kW synchronous. Meanwhile,the short circuit fault with the same
branch and different branch impact on the negative sequence current is also simulated and analyzed. The results
have some significance for synchronous generator stator winding inter-turns circuit fault monitoring and diagnosis.
