摘要:
 针对电动汽车路况模拟问题,搭建了一个能真实再现电动汽车道路工况的模拟测试平
台。该测试平台采用电机对拖测试方式,加载电机选用能够正反双向加载电力测功机; 平台使用两
个单独控制器实现对电机控制,依靠上位机发送相关控制指令给控制器来模拟实际中电动汽车行
驶道路工况,实验平台既能满足电机稳态测试需求又能完成瞬态连续循环路况测试。测试表明,平
台响应时间快,测得数据同理论结果相比,实验结果均在允许的误差范围之内,能源利用率也达到
80%以上,说明所搭建的平台不仅满足了模拟测试的要求而且节能效果也非常明显
Abstract:
 Aiming at the problem of simulating road conditions of the electric vehicle,a test platform is set up
to simulate the road conditions of the electric vehicle. The simulation test platform adopts the towed mode to
simulate the road conditions of the electric vehicle. Bidirectional electric dynamometer is used for loading motor.
The platform uses two separate controllers to achieve the control of the motor, relying on host computer to send the
relevant control commands to the controller to simulate the actual driving road conditions of the electric vehicle.
Test platform not only can meet the steady-state testing requirements of the motor but also can complete the test of
the transient and continuous cycling road. The test shows that the experimental results are all in the allowable error
range compared with the theoretical results. The response time of testing platform is faster and the energy utilization
rate also reaches more than 80% indicating that the platform achieve the requirements of the simulation test and
energy saving effect of the test platform is also very obvious
