摘要:
 针对灌木果树振动问题,基于乔木果树振动理论,考虑灌木主枝、主根及与主根粘连的
土壤都消耗振动能量,建立蓝莓灌木振动模型,分析果树主枝及主根的能耗。以北村灌木为研究对
象,对所建模型参数设置并进行扫频激振数值模拟,得到灌木主枝获得较大振幅的频率范围和激振
位置,研究成果可以指导蓝莓振动采摘装置参数设置,为以蓝莓为代表的小浆果振动采收机的研究
提供理论依据和技术支持。
Abstract:
 Concerning the vibration picking of fruit,there are some researches on the vibration of arbors both at
home and abroad,while the research on the vibration of shrubs in China is still in its infancy. Aiming at the
vibration of shrubs and fruit trees,the vibration model of blueberry shrubs was established based on the vibration
theory of fruit trees,considering the vibration energy consumption of shrub main branches,the main roots and the
main root of the soil adhesion,and analyzing the energy consumption of fruit trees and main roots. Taking the
Northcountry shrubs as the research object,the parameters of the model were set up and the numerical simulation of
sweep frequency excitation was carried out to obtain frequency range and the exciting position of the shrub main
branch. The research results can guide the parameter setting of blueberry vibration picking device and provide
theoretical basis and technical support for the research of small berry vibration harvester represented by blueberry.
