摘要:
 采用不同冲击能量对玻璃纤维增强铝合金层合板( GLARE 层合板) 进行落锤低速冲
击试验,得到了冲击载荷、位移和能量与时间的关系曲线。在不同冲击能量下,对层合板的冲击响
应以及冲击过程中的损伤演化进行了分析。结果表明,不同冲击能量下基体压缩损伤面积随着冲
击能量的增大而增大,而冲击能量相同时,受冲击面方向的第一、二层基体拉伸损伤面积远大于第
三、四层,玻璃纤维/环氧树脂预浸料的铺层顺序以及方向是影响层合板抗冲击性能的主要因素。
基于ABAQUS 建立了GLARE 层合板的低速冲击有限元分析模型,数值模拟结果说明: 在低能量冲
击时采用延性损伤准则作为铝合金材料的损伤判据是合理的
Abstract:
 Through the drop weight tests on Glass fiber reinforced aluminum laminates being performed with
different impact energy at low speed,the curve of impact load,deflection,and energy histories for each tests were
obtained. The dynamic response and impact damage evolution of GLARE laminates under different impact energy
were analyzed. The results show that the damage area of matrix compression under different impact energy increases
with the increase of impact energy. At the time of same Impact energy,the tensile damage area of the first and
second substrate of the hit plan was far greater than the third and fourth floors,and glass fiber /epoxy resin layer
sequence and direction of presoak material were the main factors influencing the laminates low-speed Impact
Resistance. The finite element analysis model of low-speed impact of laminates was built based on ABAQUS. The
numerical simulation results show that in low energy impact by means of the criterion of ductile damage as a damage
criterion of aluminum alloy material is reasonable.
