摘要:
 分析对比了国内外电子废弃物的回收处理现状,通过对近年来美的集团在回收模式建
设中所遇到的问题进行分析研究,运用系统动力学方法对闭环供应链下零售商主导回收模式进行
了研究,引入了制造商激励策略,并且构建相关模型进行仿真。仿真结果表明: 与传统供应链相比,
零售商主导回收模式下电子产品的销售率得到提高,市场份额得到增长,随着影响比和制造商激励
系数的不断调整,制造商激励策略得到优化,电子废弃物的回收效率得到明显的提升。
Abstract:
 This article first analyzes the present situation of the recycling of e-waste domestically and overseas
and discusses the difficulty which Media corp. encountered in the construction of recycling mode. Then this article
constructs a recycling model dominated by retailers with system dynamics method based on a closed-loop supply
chain and a manufacturer’s incentive strategy is introduced. The simulation results show that there is an increase in
the sales rate and market share of electronic products in the recycling model dominated by retailers compared with
the traditional supply chain. An obvious increase in the efficiency of the recycling of e-waste is revealed through the
adjustment of the manufacturer’s incentive strategy.
