摘要:
 为了改善复杂环境下海洋平台桩管焊接施工生产效率低、操作不便等问题,研制了多
点双电源单熔池双丝双弧焊接系统。机械系统由焊接小车行走机构、双焊枪调整机构和120°环形
对接导轨组成,基于PLC 对单丝交流手工气体保护焊机内部时序与行走电机进行实时控制,详细
阐述了该系统的控制要求,硬件构成,软件程序设计以及人机交互界面设计,并完成了桩管环形焊
缝的焊接试验及工艺参数选择。实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,桩管对接焊缝成形性良好,
射线检测质量合格,完全满足了桩管在海洋平台对接现场的施工要求。
Abstract:
 Twin arc welding system for offshore platform pile pipe with multipoint dual power and a single
molten pool is put forward in this paper in order to solve the problems of low producing efficiency and operating
inconvenience in complex environment. Welding tractor,double welding gun adjusting mechanism and 120 degrees
circumferential butt joint guide rail are designed. Monofilament AC manual gas protection welding machine internal
timing and motion motor are under real-time control Based on PLC. We elaborate the control requirement of the
system,hardware configuration,software design and human-machine interface design,and complete the pile pipe
girth welding test and technological parameter selection. The experimental results show that the system is stable and
reliable,and the butt weld of the pile pipe is good,and the quality of the radiographic inspection is qualified,
which fully meets the requirements of the construction of the pile pipe in the docking site of the offshore platform.
