摘要:
 针对某地鸡舍通风不良和温度分布不均匀的问题,采用数值模拟的方法,利用Icem 划
分网格并通过Fluent 稳态求解,得到网格独立解。根据模拟得到的数据,分析了鸡舍活动区的温度
分布特性及其形成的主要原因,对比了鸡舍内不同位置温度分布规律,验证了温度分布的正确性。
通过改变鸡舍风量及管道开孔数量,优化风管结构及送风量,得到较佳的通风设计方案,对冬季鸡
舍通风保温以及夏季的降温给出指导
Abstract:
For the broiler house poorly ventilated and the problem of uneven temperature distribution,
numerical simulation method was used,the grid was partitioned by Icem,the equation was solved by the steady
state solution by Fluent,and then grid-independent solution was obtained. According to the simulation data,the
study analyzed the temperature distribution characteristics and the main reason formed in the living region of the
broiler house. Compared to the broiler house temperature distributions in different positions,the results of the
accuracy of the temperature distribution were verified. By changing the air supply volume and pipe hole quantity,
optimizing the structure of duct and air supply volume,the study got the preferably ventilation design,and
conducted the ventilation insulation in winter and cooling in summer.
