摘要:
针对铸态高熵合金存在缩孔、夹杂、偏析等问题,采用机械合金化与放电等离子烧结技术制备了 CoCrFeNiTi x (x =0 ~1. 2)高熵合金,研究了 Ti 含量对合金组织结构和性能的影响。用金相显微镜、X 射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对合金的组织结构进行了表征,测试了高熵合金硬度和压缩强度。结果表明:放电等离子烧结后得到的 CoCrFeNiTi x 高熵合金主要为面心立方结构,同时有少量 Laves 相、σ 相和 R 相生成;随着 Ti 含量的升高,晶粒尺寸减小。CoCrFeNiTi x 高熵合金的硬度与压缩强度均随着 Ti 含量的增加呈现出先增后减的趋势,当 Ti 含量 x =1 时高熵合金的硬度达到最大值 670 Hv,Ti 含量 x =0. 6 时合金压缩强度达到最大值 600 MPa。
Abstract:
:In view of the problem of shrinkage,inclusion and segregation in the as cast high entropy alloy,the CoCrFeNiTi x (x = 0 to 1. 2) alloys were synthesized by mechanical alloying (MA) and spark plasma sintering (SPS),and the effects of Ti on the microstructure and mechanical properties of alloys were investigated systematically. Phase structure and microstructure of CoCrFeNiTi x alloys were investigated by using Metallurgical Microscope,X-ray Diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscope. Simultaneously,the hardness and compressive strength of the alloys were also tested. The results show that,there was major FCC phase in the alloys synthesized by SPS. Meanwhile,there exist a small amount of Laves,σ,and R phase. Further,the grain size of the alloy becomes smaller with the increase of Ti content. The hardness and compressive strength of the CoCrFeNiTi x highentropy alloys show the trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of Ti content. When x reaches1,the CoCrFeNiTi alloy possesses a higher hardness level of 670 Hv. Meanwhile,when x reaches 0. 6,compressive strength of the CoCrFeNiTi 0. 6 alloy has the maximum value of 600 MPa.
