摘要:
变压器端部结构复杂,电场极不均匀,且铁轭幅向不对称,是绝缘的薄弱环节.针对此类问题建立了变压器端部绝缘件的参数化建模系统,并对一台220kV变压器端部电场进行了三维数值分析.利用此参数化建模系统可以方便地进行端部绝缘结构设计,当电场分布不合理时可以调整端部绝缘件结构尺寸重新进行电场分析,直到满足设计要求.
Abstract:
Due to the complicated structure,the very non-uniform electric field distribution,and the asymmetric yoke,the insulation at the end of winding in transformer is the critical section.This paper developed a parametric modeling system of insulation structure,and analyzed the three-dimensional electric field at the winding end of a 220kV transformer.Using this parametric modeling system,insulation structure can be conveniently adjusted until the demand of insulation margin is satisfied.
