摘要:石英音又温度传感器一种高精度准数字温度传感器,输出为频率信号。它采用石英音 又谐振器作为热敏元件,将外界温度的变化转换为石英音又谐振器谐振频率的变化。为实现对该 传感器特性的测试,开发了基于LabVIEW的特性测试系统,为进一步优化传感器的性能打下基拙。 由实验结果表明,在0℃到100℃的温度范围内,该传感器的灵敏度为2.979 Hz/0C,迟滞度为 0. 023 %,非线性误差为0. 019%,分辨力为0. OS 0C。该传感器具有体积小、灵敏度高、稳定性好等 优点;其测试系统数据准确可靠、性能稳定,为该传感器的特性提供了一种可行的解决方案。
Abstract:
Abstract:Quartz tuning fork temperature Sen SorS (QTFTS) 1S月 kind of high sensor,which has digital signal output and uses quartz tuning fork resonant device as precision digital temperature thermal applications. It can convert the change of Aimed at to study the ambient temperature to the change of resonance frequency of quartz tuning characteristics and provide theory basis for further optimization of the sensor fork t卜e resonator. test system for QTFTS based on LabVIEW has been successfully developed. The experimental results show that in 00C to 1000C temperature range,the linearity of 0. 019 % and sensor has a high thermo-sensitivity of 2.979 Hz/0C,hysteresis resolution of 0. OS 0C respectively. The results show that the SenSOrS degree of 0. 023 %, have the advantages of small bulk, furthermore low cost,high precision and so on. Furthermore,the test system features good stability and reliability, it provides a feasible solution for testing the characteristics of the sensor.
