摘要:
针对大型电力变压器绕组的辐向失稳现象,以电磁学与结构力学理论为基础,采用“场一路耦合”方法,以一台220kV/120MVA双绕组电力变压器为例进行了高压绕组的辐向稳定性评估.运用MAGNET有限元软件建立了低压绕组出口处发生三相对称短路并计及绕组安匝不平衡、铁芯材料非线性等因素的三维有限元模型,借助该模型对变压器的漏磁场进行了分析,同时计算了高压绕组的辐向短路电动力.以ANSYS有限元软件为平台建立了高压绕组的三维力学模型,将求得的辐向短路电动力作为循环载荷对模型进行加载,用瞬态分析法求取了循环载荷下的位移形变量,并以形变量为依据对实例变压器高压绕组的辐向稳定性进行了评估.评估结果表明:三相对称短路工况下高压绕组的位移形变量为0.211mm,小于其临界位移1.082mm,说明其具有良好的辐向稳定性,同时亦可以证明利用MAGNET与ANSYS有限元软件对变压器绕组的辐向稳定性进行评估是可行的.
Abstract:
For the radial instability of large power transformer winding, this dissertation evaluates the radial stability of the high voltage winding in the case of a 220kV/120MVA double winding power transformer. Based on the electromagnetism and structure mechanics theory, the dissertation adopts the method of coupling field - circuit. In this paper, considering the winding ampere - turns imbalance and the nonlinear of the core material, a three - di- mensional finite element model of low voltage winding under three - phase symmetrical short - circuit is established by using MAGNET finite element software. This paper analyzes the leakage magnetic field of transformer with the help of the model and calculates the radial short - circuit electrodynamics force of high voltage winding. The disser- tation sets up a three - dimensional mechanical model of the high voltage winding with ANSYS finite element soft- ware which reloads the value of radial short - circuit electrodynamics force as a cyclic load. This paper calculates the displacement shape variables under cyclic load by using transient analysis method and evaluates radial stability of transformer HV winding based on shape variables. The simulation results show that the displacement shape varia- ble of HV winding under' three - phase symmetrical short circuit conditions is 0. 211 mm which is less than the criti- cal displacement 1. 082mm. The results show that it has good radial stability and also show that the evaluation of the radial stability of transformer winding by using MAGNET and ANSYS finite element software is feasible.
