摘要:
为了研究离心力和重力对航空发动机叶片可靠性的影响,采用有限元法和极值响应面法对某航空发动机叶片进行了可靠性分析.考虑离心力和重力作用,计算并找到了叶片的最大位移点和最大应力点;以叶片的转速、材料密度和重力加速度作为随机输入变量,并将最大位移点和最大应力点作为可靠性分析的对象,基于蒙特卡洛法抽样拟合极值响应面方程;对极值响应面方程进行大规模仿真,完成叶片可靠性分析,得到了叶片的可靠性概率和影响位移及应力的随机变量灵敏度.结果表明:叶片的最大位移和最大应力可靠性概率满足基本设计要求;同时得出了影响叶片可靠性分析的主次因素依次为转速、材料密度和重力加速度.
Abstract:
To study the influence of centrifugal force and gravity on the reliability of aeroengine blade,the reliability probability of blade was enforced based on finite element method and extremum response surface method. Themaximum displacement and maximum stress point on blade nodes were fund by considering centrifugal force andgravity. And then extremum response surface equation was built based on Monte Carlo method by regarding themaXlmum (1lsplaG’ement an(1 maXlmum stress pOlnt as the Ob}eG’tS Of rehablhty analysls an(1 the spee(1 Of blades,thedensity of material and the acceleration of gravity as input random variables. The reliability of the blade was accoplished,an(1 the rehablhty (legree an(1 the sensltlVlty Of ran(lOm Varlables 1mpaG’tlng the (1lsplaG’ement an(1 stresswere gained by a large number of simulations on the built the extremum response surface equation. From this analy-sls,it is shown that the maximum displacement and maximum stress probabilistic meet the basic requirement of de-sign. In addition,it is gained that the rotating speed,the density of material and the gravity play a leading role onthe reliability of blade from high to low by significance.
