摘要:
 基于星三角混合连接绕组的特点和设计方法,以解决油田中使用大功率电机拖动低负载问题为目的对一台传统的三相感应电机的绕组与铁心进行了适当的设计改进。利用有限元方法对改造前后的电机磁场和启动性能进行了分析,结果显示改进后电机具有更好的启动性能且谐波含量更低,验证了改进方法的正确性。结合实验计算了改进后电机的负载特性,其结果表明该电机在拖动较低负载运行时仍具有较高效率,符合高启动转矩节能电机的设计要求。结合抽油机实际运行工况,利用有限元仿真在抽油机工况下改进后电机的负载性能。将改进后电机与大机座、高功率电机在制造成本上进行比较,以此验证该优化设计方案在节约成本上的突出优势。
Abstract:
 This paper is based on the characteristics and design methods of the star delta mixed winding in order to solve the problem of low load loading by using high power motor in oil field, and some design and improvement of the winding and core in a traditional threephase induction motor are carried out. The finite element method is used to analyze the magnetic field and the starting performance of the motor before and after the improvement. The results show that the improved motor has better starting performance and lower harmonic. It verifies the correctness of the improved method. The load characteristics of the modified motor are calculated by the experiment. The result shows the motor still has high efficiency when driving the low load and meets the design requirements of the high starting torque energy saving motor. In order to verify the optimization of the design cost savings in the outstanding advantages, the improved motor and the large base, highpower motor in the manufacturing cost comparison.
