摘要:
基于露天矿运输网络特点,以挖掘铲位置调度卡车在运输网络中运行,实施轨迹跟踪策略,采用模型预测控制而设计的智能仿真实时控制系统,将闭环反馈校正嵌入动态控制律中,设置具有多处理技术的模拟器,用建模语言 UML(USE CASE)建模及系统优化过程,用特定仿真模型设计编码,提高系统可靠性。文中真对不同实际状态做模拟仿真实验,通过对实验结果分析,显示智能仿真实时控制调度露天矿运输网络,跟大程度上提高生产效率。
Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of open-pit transportation network,digging shovel position to dispatch the truck in the transportation network operation,the implementation of trajectory tracking strategy,the design of the intelligent simulation and real-time control system,the embedded dynamic correction closed-loop feedback control law,USES the model predictive control,set up the simulator has more processing technology,with a modeling language UML,USE CASE modeling and the system optimization process,with specific design code,asimulation model to improve system reliability. Really do simulation experiment on different actual status,through analyzing the experimental results show that intelligent simulation and real-time control scheduling open-pit transportation network,improve the production efficiency.
