摘要:
针对飞机牵引车主动油气悬架的控制问题,提出了一种以悬架和车身之间作用的合力为研究对象的设计方案,解决了因油气弹簧刚度和阻尼的非线性给控制系统带来的问题.以提高飞机牵引车的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性为控制目标,采用最优控制理论,根据车身加速度、悬架动行程和轮胎变形量三个指标的容限,给出权重系数矩阵,进而求得反馈控制矩阵.仿真结果表明:该方案可以减小车身加速度和轮胎动载荷,提高了车辆的控制性能.飞机牵引车采用静液传动,可以方便地对油气弹簧进行刚度调节,此方案易于工程实现.
Abstract:
Aiming at the active hydro-pneumatic suspension control of the aircraft tractor,a design method of researching the resulting force between the suspension and the vehicle body was proposed to solve the problem of the nonlinear stiffness and damping of the hydro-pneumatic spring.The optimal control theory was introduced to improve the ride comfort and handling stability of the aircraft tractor.The weight coefficient matrix was obtained according to the tolerance of vehicle body acceleration,suspen...
