摘要:
以循环流化床锅炉实施炉内喷钙脱硫工程改造为基础,设计并实现了一套完整的基于DCS自动控制的炉内喷钙脱硫控制系统.在分析了该脱硫的工艺和系统的组成及功能的基础上,给出了系统的总体结构,讨论了系统各部分功能的实现方法和技术方案,详细说明了脱硫过程控制的实现方法.实际运行结果表明,该系统具有结构合理,功能完善,自动化程度高,运行稳定可靠等特点,研究的结果对新电厂的设计和老电厂的改造具有一定的意义.
