摘要:
针对传统退火存在的效率低、耗能大、污染环境以及产品表面氧化严重等缺点,提出了利用脉冲电流对Q235钢丝进行退火处理实验,并自主研制了电脉冲退火实验装置,优化工艺实验参数,通过对金相显微组织及钢丝力学性能变化的分析,对其退火机理进行探索.
Abstract:
Aimed at the disadvantage of the traditional annealing,such as,low efficiency,high energy consuming,polluting the environment,bad oxidation of the product surface,and so on,a new technique carrying through the annealing and soften treatment with pulse electric current on the Q235 steels was put forward in the test.The experimental device was designed and the parameter was optimized in this research.And the annealing mechanism was also explored according to the analyzing of the metallurgical structure and th...
