摘要:
基于有机电致发光(OLED)结构及发光机理,分析驱动条件,选择适合OLED的交流驱动方式,设计了一个OLED无源驱动电路,并应用ModelSim仿真软件模拟验证所设计的电路,分析了其特性,得出适合OLED发光的时序信号及控制信号仿真结果.
Abstract:
Organic Light Emitting Display(OLED) has been emphasized and regarded as one of the best technologies of flat panel displays for its many advantage,such as low-voltage driving,low-power dissipation,wide visual angle,light-weight and thin.The driving characteristic and circuit of PM-OLED are analyzed and designed.First,we introduce the emitting theory and the structure of OLED,analyze the driving requirement.Through theory research we find the DC driving method is also suitable for OLED driving.An DC-Voltage...
