摘要:
针对静电纺丝过程中接收端电场强度较弱等问题,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对自行设计的新型高压静电纺丝装置工作静电场进行了参数化建模与仿真分析.并利用针对板式和板对板式结构的各自优势,设计了镂空板式结构电极,使最大场强值得以提升.提出了采用附加电场方式优化电场分布形式的方法,场强值下降速度平缓很多,保证了纺丝过程的稳定性.通过对电场主要结构参数的参数化建模完成了工作电场的优化,得到了满足静电纺丝需求和外加电压载荷最小的设计序列.结果表明:电压载荷降低了约10.54%,纤维的取向和排列分布均有很大改善,为下一步研发工艺参数可控的静电纺丝装置和指导试验奠定了理论基础.
Abstract:
Dealing with the problem that the electric field intensity of the receiver is weaker in the process of electrostatic spinning,the field of new self-designed electrostatic spinning system with high pressure is modeled in parameter and analyzed in simulation by finite element software ANSYS.Integrating their respective advantage of plate and plate-to-plate,hollowed-out electrode is designed and its maximum field strength is able to increase.By optimizing the field’s distribution under the help of additive ele...
