摘要:
针对模拟集成可控硅触发电路因元件的分散性,各触发器移相控制存在不一致的问题,设计了基于单片机和FPGA的数字式可控硅触发电路,利用A/D转换器将模拟的电压控制量预处理为数字信号量,经由脉冲同步、移向,产生满足要求的可控硅门级触发脉冲.试验结果表明,该数字式可控硅触发电路,控制精确度高,触发角α的控制误差在0.09°~0.66°范围内.
Abstract:
Aim at the inconsistencies of trigger phase-shifting in integrated analog SCR trigger circuits caused by the dispersity of components,a digital SCR trigger circuits is designed based on FPGA and single-chip.Preprocessed analogous signals is converted to digital quantities by A/D.Through pulse synchronizing,phase shifting,the qualified pulse for SCR is produced at last.The results show that these digital SCR trigger circuits have high precision,the difference of trigger angle α is with in 0.09°~0.66°.
