Abstract:
Abstract: To obtain a kind of new material of lithium ion battery septum, with Lithium Tert- butoxide as the cat-
alyst,a polymer electolyte of poly ( ethylene- co- vinyl alcohol) end- capped with lithium sulfonate ( EVOH- SO3 Li)
is synthesized from poly( ethylene- co- vinyl alcohol) ( EVOH) and 1, 3- propane sultone, the EVOH- SO3 Li non- wov-
en membrane is prepared by electrospinning technique. FT- IR was used to characterize the structure of ionic
polyme, and the SEM is utilized to characterize the features microcosmic of the non- woven. Results show that graft
polymer of EVOH- SO3 Li is synthesized successfully. The fiber diameter between 150 nm - 210 nm, microporous di-
ameter reached the requirements lithium ion battery septum.
