Abstract:
In this paper,numerical simulation and experimental studies on the cavity growth were carried out in the case of uniaxial tension of ZK60 superplastic alloy.The mechanism of cavity growth in uniaxial tension process was analyzed to obtain the corresponding model.An exponentially increasing cavity growth model was introduced into this numerical simulation effectively.A three-dimensional rigid-visco plastic finite element method(FEM) program has been developed to predict the variation of cavity radius and vol...
