Abstract:
In order to effectively improve the 2 MW Air-cooling turbine thermal performance,and meet the demands of practical work,a finite model for three-dimensional steady-state temperature field of the air-coolant wind turbine was set up; the thermal field of the wind turbine was analyzed and researched.The generator heat transfer characteristics and temperature distribution were clear,and the results showed that the local temperature is too high.To reduce the thermal,the corresponding parameters of the thermal performance of the motor were improved,the thermal performance of the corresponding structure parameters of the generator was also analyzed,it was shown that the transformation of the thermal performance of the generator can meet the operation requirements.The result provides guidance for the structure optimization and operation of the large wind generator.
