Abstract:
Using the technique of Io T(Internet of Things),a medical temperature controller is introduced in this paper.The system consists of a touch-screen-based HMI(Human Machine Interface),temperature sensors and thermoelectric cooler/heater as well as a water pump and one Wi Fi interface.Several functions were integrated into the system such as temperature automatic adjustment,real-time fault alarm and wireless communication.By establishing the wireless Ethernet,remote control and monitor was implemented with the help of smart mobile phones.Prior to further system evaluation,calibration experiments of temperature sensors were carried out.After that,twelve 48-hour repeating trials were launched to attest the efficacy and stability of the system.Historical data were stored in the memory cards of the smart phone and the touch screen.Based on statistical analysis,the developed controller has the capacity of stable temperature adjustment with the range of standard deviation ± 0.3℃.
