Abstract:
In this paper,aiming at the problems that Watt six-bar mechanism is difficult to optimize,we adopt target optimization algorithm,which is based on the principle of simplified function synthesis of six-bar mechanism,analyze the Watt six-bar mechanism,build mathematical model and give the process of optimization algorithm.Finally we give examples of calculation and simulation analysis.The results show that: target optimization algorithm can be applied to solve the problems of Watt six-bar mechanism.It is feasible to split the six bar linkage into fourbar mechanism and two-bar mechanism.The simulation data show that the error is controlled in a range of 0.4mm,which proves this method is correct and effective.It provides new ideas and methods to study the synthesis of sixbar mechanism.
