Abstract:
Unfolding wheel as the key part of automatic detection device to expand the ball surface completely,its working surface is very important to detection accuracy of defect.In order to study the profile degree error of the working surface,firstly,the profile degree error evaluation matching model is established by the pre-positioning initial matching and iteration precision adjustment can achieve high-precision matching model.Then by evaluating the error of the surface profile degree of the working surface by numerical calculation.With the method above the working surface of unfolding wheel by processed with traditional method as an example of evaluating the profile error,the results show that the surface profile error is larger.This study has great significance to improve the machining precision of the parts.
