Abstract:
Permanent magnet synchronous motor is increasingly widely used in common household appliances,However big vibration and noise hindered the promotion and application of U一type single phase permanent magnetsynchronous motor. Firstly,this paper built the computation of electromagnetic field of U type single phase permavent magnet synchronous motor based on 2D nonlinear time stepping finite element method to obtain the electromagnetic force on stator. Secondly,we established entity 3 D model of the motor by using workbench,and obtained thevibration displacement,velocity and acceleration of the stator under the effect of electromagnetic force through thenumerical simulation of the motor vibration response. Finally,we obtained the sound pressure distribution in spaceand the sound pressure frequency response characteristics with extraction of acoustic boundary conditions by LMSVirtual. lab. This paper laid the foundation for further optimization and improvement of the motor structure to reducevibration and noise .improving the working performance.
