Abstract:
Abstract: A data- driven control strategy based on predictive control theory is proposed for looper system of hot
strip rolling with double inputs and outputs strong coupling characteristic. Based on subspace identification method,
using online and offline data,the controller is designed directly and the model identification process of looper sys-
tem is avoided. Based on the predictive control theory,using the measured input and output data and future input
data,the future output data can be estimated. The predictive information can used to design the controller and both
the ability of rejecting disturbance and control accuracy are improved. Simulation results show that the control strat-
egy is effective and has a better control performance.
